Is my unit rebuildable?
Most fuel distributors are rebuildable. However, there are situations in which they are not or would require off the shelf parts. If the unit has experienced heavy corrosion or if one of the chambers has been damaged from a previous attempted rebuild , it is not rebuildable. In these situations, we will contact you with options. Sometimes we have available cores on the shelf and sometimes we have replacement parts available for an additional charge.

This is a rebuild service for your existing fuel distributor, not the purchase of a replacement unit. Your unit is inspected upon arrival, rebuilt, tested, and shipped back to you.
How It Works
- Receive your prepaid label: After purchase, we email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack and ship your unit: Pack your fuel distributor securely and ship it to us using the prepaid label.
- We rebuild your unit: Repair turnaround is 1–2 business days after your unit arrives at our facility.
- Receive your rebuilt unit: Once the repair is complete, we generate a tracking number and ship your unit back to you.
Repair turnaround does not include shipping transit time to or from our facility.
Professional Rebuilding Process
- Initial inspection: Your unit is inspected upon arrival to assess its overall condition.
- Disassembly and internal inspection: The unit is carefully disassembled, and internal components are checked for wear, damage, and ethanol-related deterioration.
- Diaphragm replacement: The ethanol-damaged diaphragm is replaced with a new diaphragm.
- Ultrasonic cleaning: Components are thoroughly cleaned using professional-grade ultrasonic equipment.
- Reassembly: The unit is reassembled with a new diaphragm and replacement O-rings as needed.
- Testing and calibration: Every unit is fully flow-tested and balanced to ensure proper operation and consistent performance.
- Return shipping: Once the rebuilding process is complete, your unit is shipped back to you.
