Is this a replacement unit?

No. This is a rebuild service for your existing fuel distributor. You send us your unit, and we inspect it, rebuild it, test it, and ship it back to you.

What does the rebuild include?

Every unit is inspected on arrival and after disassembly. The ethanol-damaged diaphragm is replaced, components are ultrasonically cleaned, and the unit is reassembled with replacement O-rings as needed. Then it is fully flow-tested and balanced before it ships back to you.

How long does the rebuild take?

Repair time is 1–2 business days after your unit arrives. Shipping time to and from us is separate.

How do I get my unit to you?

At checkout, you can choose to ship the unit to us yourself, or add a shipping label for $20 and we will email it to you. Pack your fuel distributor securely before sending it.

Is my unit rebuildable?

Most fuel distributors are rebuildable. However, there are situations in which they are not or would require off the shelf parts. If the unit has experienced heavy corrosion or if one of the chambers has been damaged from a previous attempted rebuild , it is not rebuildable. In these situations, we will contact you with options. Sometimes we have available cores on the shelf and sometimes we have replacement parts available for an additional charge.

What warranty comes with the rebuild?

Every completed rebuild is backed by a one-year repair warranty.

How will I know when my unit ships back?

Once the repair is complete, we ship your unit back with a tracking number.
